Hi, I'm Alyona. Senior UX Designer at Maersk. I design interfaces for people with complex jobs, with 6+ years across B2B SaaS and B2C in Maritime Tech, EdTech, and Retail. Right now I'm figuring out how to design in this new AI world. Always up for a chat (and coffee) about it. Feel free to drop a line.

Senior UX Designer at Maersk, with a builder mindset. 6+ years designing products across mobile and web, most recently a complex B2B contract platform for sales teams. Comfortable working solo as the only designer, or embedded in cross-functional teams with designers, engineers and PMs. Open to Senior roles with end-to-end ownership.

I work end-to-end, from research through to testing what engineers ship. Right now I'm leading design on a contracting platform for salespeople, with lots of edge cases and stakeholders to navigate. Love collaborating with other designers. Lately I've been exploring Claude Code and Cursor to get closer to how things actually get built.

I work end-to-end, through to defining specs that are actually feasible to build. I care about handoffs that don't create extra back-and-forth, which is part of why I've been learning Cursor and Claude Code, to understand your constraints, not just state intentions.
